2. Strip Out: We strip the room to bare studs and joists to inspect the underlying structure and repair any hidden historic leaks or rot.

3. First-Fix: All drainage, pipework, and electrical wiring are upgraded and precisely positioned to match your new layout.

4. Substrate & Waterproofing: We install rigid tile backer boards to level the walls perfectly, followed by a liquid tanking membrane for a 100% waterproof seal.

5. Tiling, Second-Fix, Finishing & Handover: We execute high-precision tiling, professionally paint the ceiling, fit your luxury fixtures, and apply premium silicone to all joints for an immaculate, leak-tested final handover.
